1. Services Provided
Usama Ghauri provides freelance web design and development services including but not limited to:
- WordPress Development
- Shopify Store Setup
- Landing Page Design
- Website Speed Optimization
- Figma to WordPress Conversion
- SEO Optimization
- Website Maintenance
- WooCommerce Store Setup
All services are provided on a project basis and are agreed upon before any work begins.
2. Project Agreement
Before starting any project:
- The scope of work, timeline and cost will be clearly agreed upon between both parties
- A written confirmation via email is required before work begins
- Any changes to the agreed scope may affect the timeline and cost
- Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted and agreed upon separately
3. Payments
- All payments are made through Payoneer, Wise or direct bank transfer
- A deposit may be required before work begins depending on the project size
- Final payment is due before the completed website is handed over or made live
- No payments are processed through this website
4. Revisions
- Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed before the project starts
- Revisions refer to changes within the original agreed scope
- Major changes outside the original scope will be treated as additional work and quoted separately
5. Turnaround Time
- Project timelines are agreed upon before work begins
- Timelines depend on the project size and complexity
- Delays caused by the client such as late content, feedback or approvals may affect the delivery date
- I will always communicate any changes to the timeline as early as possible
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the project runs smoothly the client agrees to:
- Provide all required content, images, logos and information on time
- Give clear and timely feedback during the review stages
- Make payments as agreed in the project agreement
- Have the legal right to use any content or images they provide
7. Ownership & Rights
- Once full payment is received the client owns the final website and all its content
- Usama Ghauri retains the right to display the completed project in a portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
- Any third party assets such as premium themes, plugins or stock images remain subject to their own licensing terms
8. Confidentiality
I respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any details you share about your business, project or strategy will not be shared with any third party without your permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Usama Ghauri is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data or business resulting from the use of the website after delivery
- I am not responsible for issues caused by third party plugins, themes, hosting providers or platforms after the project is handed over
- My total liability in any situation is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question
10. Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point
- If I am unable to complete the project for any reason a fair refund will be issued for incomplete work
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of this website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
